Our mission

Intelligence, made public.

For as long as it has existed, the good stuff has been rationed. The briefing that reads a situation, separates what is known from what is judged, and says plainly what it means went to governments, to funds, to the people already inside the room. QuantixNews exists to take that kind of analysis and give it away, in full, to everyone.

01 / The ideaThe briefing, unrationed

A market moves. A lab ships. A supply chain bends. The version most people get is a headline and a guess. The version that actually helps you decide anything, what happened, how confident we are that it happened, who gains, who loses, and what to watch next, has almost always been a private good, priced for institutions and hidden behind a relationship or a fee.

We do not accept that this has to be true. The analysis is not expensive to give away once it is written. The only reason it stays scarce is that scarcity has been the business model. QuantixNews is built on the opposite premise: that a clear read on the frontier of technology is worth more to the world when everyone can hold it at once.

02 / No ads, no paywallFree is the point, not the promotion

There is no subscription here, no metered articles, no wall that slides up after the third piece, and no advertising anywhere on the page. This is not a trial that ends. It is the design.

A reader who pays nothing is owed nothing but the truth. There is no advertiser whose sensibilities shape a headline, and no subscriber tier that gets the real analysis while everyone else gets the summary. Every reader gets the whole brief. That is the only arrangement under which the word open means anything.

03 / Fact and assessmentWe tell you which is which

The single most useful thing a briefing can do is mark the line between what is established and what is inferred. Most coverage smears the two together, so that a confident sentence reads the same whether it rests on a filing or on a hunch.

We keep them apart on purpose. What is reported is stated as reported. What we judge is labelled as judgment, and it carries a level of confidence, stated in plain words, so you can weight it yourself. You are never asked to mistake an assessment for a fact, and you are never left guessing which one you are reading.

04 / Every claim, sourcedVerify, do not trust

Trust is a poor substitute for evidence, so we try not to ask for it. Every factual claim in a brief carries a visible citation back to the reporting that supports it. Hover it, follow it, read the original, and check us against the record.

At the foot of every brief is the full, numbered list of sources it rests on. Nothing important is asserted from nowhere. The point is not that you should believe QuantixNews. The point is that you should not have to.

05 / The desksWhere we point the lens

We cover the frontier of technology, because that is where the decisions with the longest reach are being made right now. Five desks carry the work:

  • Intelligence. The models, the research, and the labs building them.
  • Frontier. Deep tech: chips, robotics, space, and applied science.
  • Systems. The compute, infrastructure, and security underneath it all.
  • Markets. The money moving through the sector and the business of it.
  • Policy. The governance, regulation, and law being written around it.

The aim is depth over volume. We would rather explain one development well than list ten.

06 / When we are wrongWe correct in the open

We will get things wrong. When we do, we fix them visibly, on the brief itself, with what changed and when. Nothing is quietly edited to erase a mistake. An honest record of having been wrong is worth more than the appearance of never having been.
